Bio

Sovann Manisa is a Cambodian legal and business consultant specializing in commercial law and organizational development. She currently serves as President of PP Business Chapter at Norakseng Law Firm, where she leads initiatives on business legal protection and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for small and medium enterprises, especially emphasis on transparency, accountability and strong internal legal compliance.

Alongside her professional role, she is pursuing a degree in Legal and Justice at Norton University. Passionate about youth empowerment and entrepreneurship, she has actively supported Cambodian SMEs through workshops, consulting, and the creation of a Business SOP Guidebook designed to make business processes more accessible.

Sovann Manisa has also been involved in community projects on research, youth volunteer work and social engagement, reflecting her commitment to inclusive development. Her work bridges law, business, and capacity-building, with a strong focus on strengthening local enterprises and contributing to sustainable growth in Cambodia.
